Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. As a small independent creator, every item is prepared, packaged, and shipped personally. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping

All orders are shipped from Spain via Correos.

1.1 Processing Time

Processing and dispatch times vary depending on the product:

Pre-order items require additional preparation and will ship within the estimated timeframe stated on each product page.

• All orders are prepared by hand. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, pre-orders).

• I will notify customers when their order has been shipped and provide a tracking number whenever available.

1.2 International Shipping & Customs

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, delays, or restrictions imposed by their country’s regulations.
• I am not responsible for packages delayed, held, or returned by customs, nor for changes in international policies (including the United States).
• Customs processing times vary widely and may be longer during December or due to new government measures.

1.3 Delivery Issues

Once the package has been shipped, I am unable to control or influence:
• postal delays
• customs inspections
• tracking updates
• lost or damaged parcels during transit
• packages returned or destroyed by customs


2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 No Returns

Due to the nature of my work (limited prints, handmade items, art products), all sales are final. I do not accept returns under any circumstances.

2.2 No Refunds

I do not offer refunds for:
• packages lost in transit
• packages damaged during transit
• packages delayed by customs or postal services
• packages returned to sender
• mistakes made by the buyer (wrong address, failure to collect, etc.)

2.3 Returned Packages

If a package is returned to me due to customs rejection, postal issues, or failure to collect, no refund will be issued, as international returns often arrive damaged or destroyed, and reshipping costs exceed the value of the items.


3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or prepared for shipping.
